Twenty members of the Rhode Island Association for Healthcare Quality (RIAHQ) were reinvigorated by a breakfast meeting at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI, on May 27.

Quality professionals in RI kicked off the National Healthcare Quality Week with a breakfast meeting and performance improvement awards sponsored by our state QIO, Quality Partners of RI.

On October 21, 2009 RIAHQ sponsored a full day quality education program, The View on Q. The goal was to hear about quality from various healthcare perspectives for better understanding and appreciation.
